A cancellation request may be submitted within 24 hours of the electronic order confirmation. The request must be received by MW Fashion Studio at its official email address, mw.fashionstudio.ae@gmail.com, within this period.

Custom-made orders: Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the 24-hour period, as the order will have entered the production stage. If production has already started before the cancellation request is received, the order cannot be cancelled.

Ready-made items: A cancellation request may be submitted within the 24-hour period, provided MW Fashion Studio receives the email within that time. If the item has been handed over to the shipping company before the cancellation request is received, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred by MW and any actual return shipping costs, where applicable.

Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The refund may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on the bank, card type, or payment provider. Any actual, non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted, where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits the customer’s mandatory rights under applicable laws, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
