Processing Time

Ready-made items: Ready-made items are prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom-made orders: Production takes 1 to 3 business weeks, depending on the design, fabric availability, and required details. Processing may take longer during sales and promotional periods, and during the two months before Ramadan or Eid Al Adha. MW Fashion Studio will inform the customer of the expected processing time before confirming the order.

Urgent option: An urgent option is available under each order and may be selected by the customer at checkout for an additional AED 100. For urgent orders within the UAE, the item will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 3 to 5 business days. For urgent international orders, the urgent shipping period stated below begins once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins when the order is handed over to the shipping company. Estimated shipping times are:

* Within the UAE: 2 business days.
* Abu Dhabi’s Western Region: According to the shipping company’s fixed, scheduled delivery days.
* GCC countries: 10 business days; this period may be extended.
* Rest of the world: 14 business days; this period may be extended.
* Urgent international shipping: Up to 12 business days from the date the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, inspection, or clearance procedures imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these charges and any amounts required by the relevant authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customs or inspection procedures may delay delivery beyond the estimated shipping time. MW Fashion Studio does not control these procedures or their duration. The customer is responsible for paying any required charges and providing information or documents requested by the relevant authorities to receive the shipment.

Important Information

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and all required order details and measurements have been received. Business days exclude public holidays and non-working days observed by MW Fashion Studio or the shipping company.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, customs or border procedures, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside MW Fashion Studio’s reasonable control. MW Fashion Studio can assist the customer with shipment follow-up when needed.

The urgent service fee is non-refundable once preparation of the urgent order has started.
