By completing an order and making payment, the customer confirms that she has reviewed and accepted all product details and that the information and measurements provided are correct. MW Fashion Studio is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, or from a failure to respond to requests for order clarification.

An order is confirmed once payment has been completed and an electronic order confirmation has been issued. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and all required order details have been received. MW Fashion Studio may contact the customer when clarification is required to complete production or delivery.

Custom-made and made-to-order items are produced according to the details and measurements approved by the customer. They cannot be altered, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind or an unsuitable fit resulting from measurements or information provided by the customer.

Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen displays. Slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, and handmade details may also occur and will not be considered a defect where the item reasonably matches the product description and displayed images.

MW Fashion Studio reserves the right to place an order on hold, refuse, or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, the item or fabric is unavailable, or there is an obvious error in pricing or product information. If we are unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be contacted to determine the appropriate solution.
